The warranty over the used phones protects you against any kind of breakdown for 1 month. It does not apply in case of accidental breakage.

This is our store's shipping policy:
We ship all orders that comes to us inside the United Arab Emirates.
- Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. It is possible that your order/ shipment may be delayed during public holidays or Eid holidays due to shipping company employees are also not working.
- You can choose an express or fast shipping option, within the same day or next day max with an additional cost.

Note:
- We also provide international ordering option and shipping/ delivery services, but you will need to pay customs fees and taxes, and delivery times may vary based on the location of the country you choose.
- To make an international order, please contact us on our WhatsApp number and provide the order details and address so that we can assist you and determine the total amount to be paid for the order (order fees + shipping and delivery fees).
